Eight people — including seven juveniles — were found dead Monday afternoon in a Maryland home.

Princess Anne Police Chief Scott Keller told WBOC officers were asked to check a residence after a man failed to show up for work.

Officers found the father and seven children, ranging from 6-16, deceased in the house.

A generator was being used as the house had no electricity. Carbon monoxide is suspected, Keller said.
