Pa. Firefighter Struck by Car

The firefighter was responding to an elevator rescue in Gilbertsville.

A Pennsylvania firefighter was struck by a vehicle while responding to a call Monday morning.

The firefighter was headed to an elevator rescue when he was hit on Swamp Pike in Gilbertsville.

The firefighter was transported by ambulance to Lehigh Valley Hospital.

There is no word on the condition of the firefighter.
