West Philly Fire Burns Half a Block, Injures Four

A porch fire in West Philadelphia quickly spread and tore through at least seven homes in the block, injuring four people in its path in an overnight fire that started early Saturday morning.
According to NBC10, said a couch apparently caught fire on a porch and ignited almost half the block in a matter of minutes. One resident said she was chased by the fire as it spread from one home to the next in minutes.
The four people hurt in the fast moving blaze were hospitalized, but none seem to have suffered life-threatening injuries, according to reports.
