Unattended Cooking Blamed for Ohio LODD Fire

An investigation into a fire that killed Cincinnati Firefighter Daryl Gordon has been ruled accidental. The Cincinnati Fire Department said in an incident report said the first fuels ignited were cooking materials, food and vegetable oil left unattended on the stove.
