Rains From Patricia Breach La. Levee

Crews southeast of New Orleans are rushing to plug a hole in a breached levee after heavy rains from the remnants of Hurricane Patricia pounded the area. Parts of the Gulf Coast are also dealing with strong winds and huge waves.
