Dallas firefighters broke a new policy rule and didn't wait for police to arrive at a crime scene in order to save an infant after her mother was shot.

Dallas firefighters broke a new policy rule Sunday night when they didn't wait for police to arrive at a crime scene in order to save an infant's life after her mother was shot.

Sadly, the mom did not make it, but her baby was delivered one month premature by emergency c-section and is being cared for at a hospital.
