Three people were hurt Wednesday after a small plane crashed in a Phoenix neighborhood.
Phoenix Fire Capt. Todd Keller told KPHO said the pilot instructor and student were hospitalized with burns and minor cuts while a homeowner also transported for treatment.
“It hit two houses. Fortunately, everyone was okay. Situations like this when you do have multiple residences involved and you have houses with people coming and going, it is a miracle that no one was injured. Early indications are that the plane did hit that first house, landed in that second house’s backyard."
The cause is under investigation by NTSB.
