A custom pumper, built by KME, is now in service with the Marlboro Township Volunteer Fire Company in Alliance, Ohio.
It's built on a KME Predator Panther 100-inch MFD cab with a 10-inch raised roof. It's powered by a Cummins engine and an Allison transmission. The body features a 172-inch flex long body hosebed constructed of 3/16-inch aluminum. It also has a split low hosebed for LDH and high beds for 2.5-inch, 3-inch and 1.75-inch hose.
To fight fire, the apparatus, nicknamed "The Duke," has a Hale pump, a 1,000-gallon water tank, a 30-gallon foam cell and a FoamPro 1601 Class A foam system.
Other equipment includes a Command Light CL611 light tower, a SmartPower generator and Whelen Emergency Lights.
The apparatus was sold by Josh Wilson, Warren Fire Equipment Inc., Warren, Ohio.
