Robert Isbell

Robert Isbell is the fire chief for the City of Midland, TX and has been in the fire service for 33 years. Chief Isbell has a master’s degree in executive leadership and a bachelor’s degree in public administration. Isbell works in his spare time as an executive leadership coach and consultant, and he teaches fire service leadership and data analysis with the Texas Fire Chief’s Academy. He is a past president with the Texas Fire Chiefs Association and chairs the association’s best practices board of directors.
