Maryland Firefighters Battle 3-Alarmer

GREENBELT, Md. --

Prince George's County Fire and Rescue is battling a three-alarm garden apartment fire in Greenbelt, authorities said.

Just before 2 p.m., units were called to the Spring Hill Lake Apartments in the 9300 block of Edmonston Road. They said they found several apartments on fire.

Second and third alarms were called.

Spring Hill Lake is the same complex where a series of arson fires were set from April into August. A suspect was identified and detained in those fires.
