The unclothed man was charged with inducing panic and misconduct at an emergency.

Police stunned a 43-year-old man with a Taser gun outside a fire in East Price Hill on Wednesday morning.

The blaze broke out at an apartment building on the 2800 block of Price Avenue at about 8:45 a.m.

Officials said Charles Earl Wright was outside the building, not wearing clothes and acting agitated. Wright allegedly ignored officers' warnings and tried to go back into the burning building, so he was stunned with a Taser gun.

He was taken to University Hospital to be treated for burns, and he's been charged with inducing panic, obstructing official business, and misconduct at an emergency.
