Bronx Man Arrested in Fiery Murder

    37 year old Michael Wells is accused of beating his 23-year-old girlfriend and setting her body on fire last Tuesday.

    (New York-WABC, August 20, 2005) - 37 year old Michael Wells is accused of beating his 23-year-old girlfriend and setting her body on fire last Tuesday.

    Police responding to a 911 call for help discovered the body of Stephanie Colon in a wooded area of Van Cortlandt Park.

    The medical examiner says the woman was killed by a blow to the head.
