Fire Destroys Warrendale, Pennsylvania Post Office

Teams of firefighters battled a fire at the Warrendale Post Office in Marshall Township Friday morning.

WARRENDALE, Pa. -- Teams of firefighters battled a fire at the Warrendale Post Office in Marshall Township Friday morning.

The fire was reported around 7:20 a.m. on Northgate Drive.

Flames were shooting from the roof for nearly 30 minutes.

No injuries were reported.

Notice For Postal Customers
The United States Postal Service said Warrendale customers will be able to pick up their mail at the Wexford Post Office. The Wexford Post Office located at 10675 Perry Highway is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturdays. The lobby is open 24 hours.

Mail delivery for the Warrendale area will also be conducted out of the Wexford facility.

In addition to the Wexford Post Office, alternate retail facilities will be available to customers at these locations:
Bradford Woods:
Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday hours are 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Pittsburgh Bulk Mail Center:
Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (closed Saturday)
