(Bushwick-WABC, June 15, 2004 -- A gas-fueled second-alarm fire burned in a row of homes in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn.
One person was seriously injured when flames broke out inside 84 Harman street just after 7:15 a.m.
That person was found in the stairwell and rushed to a nearby hospital. Four firefighters were being treated for minor injuries.
A gas explosion is believed to have fueled the fire, and a rear wall was blown out the back of one of the three-story homes.
There was no immediate word on how the fire started.
