Gov. Janet Napolitano knows Arizona's fire season will soon heat up.

That's why she's hosting a Forest Health Summit next week in Prescott to help prepare more than 300 fire departments and numerous other agencies for what could be another bad year in catastrophic wildfire.

"Even with the rain we received last week, we are still in a serious drought," Napolitano said in a Wednesday phone conference. "We are preparing as if it's going to be a bad one."
