A local woman has been identified as the victim of the Baltimore Harbor water taxi tragedy Saturday afternoon
VINELAND -- A local woman has been identified as the victim of the Baltimore Harbor water taxi tragedy Saturday afternoon.

Joann Pierce, 60; her husband, Thomas, and daughter, Lisa, 39, were among the 23 passengers and two crew w members who were tossed in the frigid waters of the bay when a fast-moving storm caused the water taxi to capsize.

JoAnn Pierce did not survive the accident.
