With a condemned administration building in Tiyan, a work force that gets smaller each month, and resources that are breaking down almost regularly, the work is already cut out for the new Guam Fire Department Chief. After the new administration led by Governor Felix Camacho and Lieutenant Governor Kaleo Moylan announced that the leadership of the GFD would fall under Chief Mike Uncangco, who has been with the department for a number of years, KUAM News spent some time with the new Fire Chief to get his insight on some of the fires burning at the agency.
