Two emergency medical technicians were among five people injured in a crash involving a Lebanon ambulance on Friday morning.

WLWT reports that the crash happened at about 8 a.m. on Route 122 just east of Red Lion Village, according to police.

Troopers said a car had pulled over to allow the ambulance to pass when a pickup truck trying to pass the car struck the ambulance head-on.

The two EMTs, a patient in the ambulance and one person from each of the other two vehicles involved in the wreck were hurt, but all of the injuries were said to be non-life threatening.
