Championz Gin and the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) have announced a new collaboration that includes the release of Championz Gin Hero Edition, a special edition bottle designed to honor and recognize the volunteer firefighters and emergency responders who serve communities across the United States.

The collaboration honors the bravery, devotion and hard work of the volunteer emergency responders who are prepared to defend their neighbors on a daily basis.

Championz Gin will directly contribute $12 to the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) and its objective to help America's volunteer fire and emergency services community for each bottle of Championz Gin Hero Edition sold.

“Volunteer firefighters and emergency responders represent the very definition of a champion,” said PJ Andersson, founder of Championz Gin. “They answer the call because their communities need them, not because they seek recognition. This edition was created as a way for people to raise a glass, express their gratitude, and make a meaningful contribution to those who serve.”

Nationwide, volunteer firefighters, emergency medical responders and rescue workers are represented by the NVFC. In towns all around the nation, volunteer responders offer vital emergency services, saving lives and property while putting in endless hours of preparation, training and service.

Part of Championz Gin's larger Heroes Edition line, which honors people and organizations whose deeds show bravery, dedication and service, is the Hero Edition, which benefits the NVFC.

Through this collaboration, customers and hospitality partners may join the NVFC and Championz Gin in honoring the heroes who defend their communities and respond to emergencies.

Late August 2026 will see the arrival of the Championz Gin Hero Edition, which will support the National Volunteer Fire Council, at a few stores and hospitality partners in New York, New Jersey and Washington, DC.
