Gray's Creek, NC, Fire Chief Charged with Placing Camera in Station

Fire Chief Benjamin Marsh, 41, will be back in court Friday afternoon to face the charges.

The Gray's Creek Fire Chief was arrested Thursday after being accused of placing a camera in a vent at the fire station. 

Benjamin Joseph Marsh, 41, of Fayetteville was taken into custody just after 6 p.m. Marsh was charged with felony intercept and disclose wire, oral or electronic communication.

He was released on $1,500 unsecured bond, WTVD reported. 

He is due back in court on Friday afternoon. No details about the incident have been released.
