Ellsworth firefighters are mourning the loss of a firefighter who died after responding to a call.
Laron Holcomb responded to a motor vehicle accident at Route 136 and Morrison Lane around 1:30 p.m., according to WPXI.com.
Holcomb, 73, complained of shortness of breath after he got home and was taken to the hospital, WTAE.com reported.
He passed away at the hospital and the Washington County Coroner's office will determine the cause of death.
