Jack Daniel Distillery Hosts Chase Rice Concert for Volunteer Firefighters

A group of volunteer firefighters were flown in from all over the country to visit the distillery and meet Chase Rice.

On Sunday, June 30, multi-platinum chart-topper Chase Rice played an intimate concert at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, TN, for a group of volunteer firefighters who were flown in from all over the country to visit the distillery and meet Chase Rice.

Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire, which combines the legendary Old No. 7 whiskey with a fiery cinnamon liqueur, has partnered with the National Volunteer Fire Council to raise money for the nearly 70 percent of firefighters who volunteer their service. Jack Daniel’s has a shared passion for fire service with the Jack Daniel Distillery being one of the only distilleries to have its own fire brigade, staffed by 34 distillery workers who volunteer their time to protect the distillery and the Tennessee Whiskey they work so hard to create.

As a culmination of this year’s partnership, 50 volunteer firefighters and a guest (and one lucky consumer and a guest) were chosen through a sweepstakes to attend the money-can’t-buy experience at the distillery.
