Coxreels Offering Dual Hydraulic Reels

The Coxreels MPD and TDMP series are dual hydraulic reels designed for apparatus , featuring easy maintenance, space efficiency and high load capacity.

The MPD and TDMP series are the two versions of Coxreels' dual hydraulic reels, which are intended for use with hydraulic equipment and accessories. The dual hydraulic reels have single-sided access for both the spring and the swivel, just like the majority of Coxreels spring rewind reels. Through a detachable, dual port hydraulic swivel, the supply and return lines enter an external fluid channel on the same side of the reel. An easy-to-service spring cartridge motor is located on the reel's swivel side and inlet.

When the reel is mounted within vehicle body boxes, as is common in the service truck business, its unusual design enables maintenance of the primary components without removing the reel. Space usage is enhanced because the reel can be put with the back side of the drum directly up against a wall without worrying about incoming hose lines. The MPD series has a dual axle support system with a solid steel one-inch axle for dual hose capacities up to 30 feet.

With dual arm guides, triple axel support, and stainless steel hose guide rollers, the sturdy TDMP can handle loads up to 50 feet. The dual hydraulic reels have strong gauge steel structure, a long-lasting polyester powder coat, rolled and ribbed discs, an industry-leading two-year warranty, and are made in the United States, much like all Coxreels spring retractable reels.
