A Philadelphia rig was encased in ice at a fire scene early Saturday.
Firefighters battled the elements as well as the fire that destroyed a two-story storefront with apartments above it, CBS Philly reported.
More than 130 firefighters were involved in the hours-long operation.
City public works crews were called to assist at the incident.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
