An Illinois firefighter was taken to the hospital and two others suffered minor injuries while battling a two-alarm house fire early Tuesday.

The fire broke out at around 7:30 a.m. in a section of Springfield known as "Little Hollywood," The State Journal-Register reports. A mayday call went out when one firefighter fell though a hole in the floor while looking for people inside the house.
