Sixty FDNY firefighters from 12 units battled an all-hands fire that erupted on the second floor of a three-story, mixed-use building in Brooklyn's Bay Ridge neighborhood.

FDNY crews battled an all-hands fire that erupted at a building in Brooklyn on Monday that injured a firefighter and fire civilians.

The fire broke out shortly before 9 p.m. mixed-use building in the Bay Ridge neighborhood with 60 firefighters from 12 units responding, the Brooklyn Paper reports. It started on the second-floor of the three-story structure, and firefighters were able to get the flames under control by around 10 p.m.

Medics evaluated a firefighter and five civilians at the scene for minor injuries. Raw video posted by NYCFireWire shows FDNY firefighters braving flames to rescue a person from the second floor.
