More than 100 FDNY firefighters are battling a raging fire in Long Island City, Queens.
The call came in about 2:30 a.m. at a factory. Civilians were kept at a distance after firefighters learned there may be propane tanks in the building that housed a commercial laundromat.
Residents were told to keep their windows closed as thick smoke billowed from the building.
Two firefighters suffered minor injuries.
