TX Firefighters Battle Raging Duplex Fire
Firefighters faced some difficulty with strong winds as they battled a raging fire at a residence in the San Antonio suburb of Windcrest.
WOAI reports that firefighters arrived at the duplex at around 2 am Friday morning and found flames shooting up through the roof of the duplex, which was nearly fully engulfed. A second alarm was struck after firefighters evacuated the structure when the flames became too intense.
Raw video from the scene shows the fire overtaking the roof of the residence.
The home is believed to be a total loss and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
