Fresno firefighters rescued two people trapped in a vacant building during a fire early Tuesday morning.

Fire crews in Fresno rescued two people from a boarded up building early Tuesday morning. The fire started in the vacant building and quickly spread throughout the structure, creating defensive operations for firefighters.

Firefighters had to cut through metal bars to rescue the two occupants from the building prior to structural collapse. Multiple aerial devices were placed into operation to control the fire, and Fresno Fire reported no injuries at the incident.
