CO FFs Rescue 3 from Burning Townhome

At 4:04 a.m., the Westminster Fire Department was dispatched to a townhome fire in the 5400blk of W 97th Ave.

On arrival they found a working fire on the balcony of a three-story residence. 

Three people and a dog were rescued from a 3rd floor window. 

Four people were transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.  

The fire was contained to a single residence by a fire sprinkler system and was reported under control at 4:29 a.m.

Investigators are on-scene.
