Expansion, Update Launching July 21 for Firefighting Simulator: Ignite

The upcoming Motor Vehicle Accident Expansion for Firefighting Simulator: Ignite introduces new missions, tools and mechanics focused on traffic accident rescue operations.

The most comprehensive DLC for Firefighting Simulator: Ignite was revealed by astragon and weltenbauer. On July 21, 2026, the Motor Vehicle Accident Expansion will be launched, bringing with it a plethora of new gameplay elements. A free update will be accessible concurrently.

The Motor Vehicle Accident Expansion adds additional missions, gameplay mechanics, tools, and other elements to the firefighting simulation that are centered around traffic accidents and how to address them. Rescuing people from cars, cutting, and sealing leaks to stop operational fluids from flowing farther are just a few of the additional skills needed in this new area of responsibility.

The free Shannondale Update, named for a new district that includes the Oakridge City power plant, a sizable industrial sector, and a regional airport, will also start on July 21. Among other things, the free update has five new tasks. To give a preview of the material, it also includes one brand-new Motor Vehicle Accident major mission.
