New missions for Firefighting Simulator: Ignite will soon be available after the recently published free "Alarm Mode Update." The "Parker's Story DLC" will be available on Dec. 11. The new missions that place players in the position of crew members are highlighted in the announcement trailer.

Parker is a seasoned Oakridge City Fire Department firefighter who has assisted players as a non-player character (NPC) crew member thus far. The DLC recalls a moment when Parker personally led a reaction squad on a dangerous mission. Tensions arise between Parker and his staff as what at first appears to be a simple operation swiftly becomes a very complicated scenario.

In addition to offering furious firefighting action, the new "Parker's Story DLC" features two additional story missions that shed more light on crew member Andrew Parker's past.

On Nov. 6, a community-demanded feature—a new game mode—was provided in a free update. Players can react to sporadic, randomly produced emergency calls at any time by using the "Alarm Mode."

Furthermore, NPC crew members now have more customization choices. New activities at the fire station and the ability to choose between uniform and gear are only two of the upgrades that have been added to the game since its Sept. 9 launch.

The Parkers' Story DLC is available for purchase on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S for $4.99. A component of the Year 1 Season Pass is the DLC.

Ignite, a firefighting simulator, is compatible with PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. You can get Firefighting Simulator: Ignite - Year 1 Edition for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. The Fire Station Companion Pack, the Year 1 Season Pass and the main game are all included in this edition. Players can save over 35% by using the Year 1 Season Pass instead of buying each of the DLCs separately. A cosmetic pack, two vehicle packs, three mission expansions and one major expansion will be released throughout the first season.
