Readers will learn why having a clear understanding of their department’s Mission Statement will allow them to move forward with planning and goal setting.

The drill is designed to be a single page of information to conjure up discussions among your crew members. Sit down and talk about the exercises, and how they may apply to your company. But, just don't read them. Get moving. Head to an appropriate area and train.

Post the information in prominent places in your stations so it's readily available for review.
