Ten people were injured in an early morning fire Monday at an apartment building in Brooklyn, where over 100 firefighters battled smoke and flames before getting the blaze under control.

The fire started in the kitchen of an apartment inside a four-story building on 49th Street at 12th Avenue in Borough Park around 4:20 a.m.
