Woman, 3 Children Killed in Brooklyn Apartment Blaze

A woman and three children were killed early Monday during an apartment fire in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn.

The victims were a 40-year-old woman and three of her children -- an 11-year-old boy, a 7-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl.

The father and two other teenagers were injured and are in critical condition, and five FDNY firefighters also suffered injuries battling the blaze.
