Two AZ Firefighters Hurt in Mobile Home Fire

The firefighters were taken to the hospital after battling a Tempe mobile home fire Sunday night that displaced 12 residents.

Two firefighters were injured battling an Arizona mobile home fire that displaced 12 people Sunday night.

Crews responded to the blaze at the Tempe mobile home at about 5:30 p.m., KNXV-TV reports. Firefighters quickly controlled the fire and did not let flames spread to other units.

Both injured firefighters were taken to the hospital. One firefighter hurt a shoulder, and another suffered heat exhaustion, according to KNXV.

Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fire.
