Explosion Triggers CA Blaze that Injures Three

Los Angeles firefighters called for a major emergency response as the blaze ripped through a downtown textile business.

Two men were criticially injured when an explosion started a major fire at a textile business in downtown Los Angeles Saturday. 

A "major emergency" fire was declared by the Los Angeles Fire Department, bringing over 130 firefighters to the scene. Firefighters used a defensive attack to bring the fire under control.

Fire officials said two of the man suffered serious burn injuries. The status of the third vicitm was not shared.
