Three New York firefighters were injured during a three-alarm fire Wednesday.
The fire broke out shortly before 10 p.m. at a multi-family house in Rochester, WHEC-TV reports. The house's design made it difficult for firefighters to battle the flames, which engulfed four units inside and spread to a neighboring home.
Three firefighters suffered minor injuries during the call. Residents were able to safely escape the burning house, and the fire caused extensive damage to the house, displacing 16.
