Suspect in Custody After CA Building Fire
Witnesses reportedly saw a man set the fire that destroyed hundreds of pallets and a building in Monrovia Monday evening.
Police apprehended the suspect after a brief foot chase, KTLA reported.
The crew of Sky 5 helicopter spotted and monitored the burning pallets before Monrovia firefighters responded about 5 p.m.
Los Angeles County and Arcadia firefighters were called to assist.
