Watch: Chicago Firefighters Battle Hoarder Home Fire

Chicago firefighters used elevated master streams to contain an early morning fire in vacant home.

Chicago firefighters ended up using a defensive attack on an early morning house fire.

Crews called a still and box alarm for the fire in the 1 1/2-story home at 4512 N. Central.

Chicago fire officials issued a message on X that indicated the home was vacant.

Firefighters used multiple hoselines and aerial master stream to control the fire.
