Pawtucket firefighters battled a massive blaze at a building materials supply company on Thanksgiving.
Firefighters found heavy fire from the back of ABC Supply Co. Inc. on Beverage Hill Avenue around 2:30 p.m.
The blaze was visible for several miles.
Battalion Chief David Cairrao told 12 News the fire likely started outside the building, though the exact origin remains unclear.
Cairrao explained that a metal clad two-story structure abutting the building collapsed, allowing the fire to make its way inside. The fire spread quickly due to the highly flammable building materials that were stored.
