Detroit Firefighters Battled Apartment Building Blaze

Detroit firefighters are investigating an early Monday fire at an apartment building on the city's east side, officials said.
They said crews were called at about 5:30 a.m. to the two-story building in the 10500 block of Morang Avenue near Cadiuex Road.
Firefighters extinguished the fire at about 8:45 a.m., officials said.
They also said no injuries have been reported.
The cause is under investigation.
