Watch: Car Explodes in Arlington, VA, Parking Lot

Residents are urged to stay away from vehicles on fire as things can change quickly, Arlington fire officials said.

Stay away from vehicle fires. Let firefighters do their job.

That warning came from Arlington fire officials Thursday after a car on fire exploded and spread to nearby vehicles, WUSA9 reported.

While the investigation continues, authorities do not believe the fire was suspicious.
