A prosecutor on Tuesday detailed the arson plot that led to the death of Hamilton firefighter Patrick Wolterman in December 2015. Lester Parker was "under water" financially and paid his nephew in pills to set fire to his house, prosecutor Michael Gmoser said in opening statements.
