OSHKOSH AIRPORT PRODUCTS GROUP has introduced the Oshkosh Storm aircraft rescue and firefighting (ARFF) vehicle, engineered to provide a powerful, yet cost-effective ARFF response for International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) airports. The unit features a Cummins ISM 500-hp turbo diesel engine, Allison six-speed automatic transmission, four-door cab with seating for up to eight firefighters, 1,585-gallon water tank, two 2½-inch direct tank fills and 1,250-gpm pump. An in-cab-controlled roof turret delivers 1,000 gpm. A dry chemical system is standard, as is a 198-gallon foam tank.
