Phoenix and Glendale fire crews rescued a man trapped upside down between a shipping container and a wall.

Phoenix and Glendale fire crews used airbags to rescue a man after he fell off a shipping container becoming wedged upside down between the container and a wall.

Firefighters were called after the man was walking on top of the container and fell approximately 10 feet and became stuck.

Crews with the Technical Rescue Teams deployed a heavy-duty airbag to move the container the 12 inches needed to then rescue the trapped man, according to a Facebook post by the Phoenix Fire Department.

Once rescuers moved the container, the patient was able to position himself in a way that firefighters could assist him out of the tight space.

The man was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
