Watch ND Firefighters Rescue Two Stranded on Red River

A father and son were rescued unharmed Tuesday after their boat became stuck on a low dam.

A father and son were rescued unharmed from the Red River in Fargo on Tuesday after their boat became stuck on a low dam. Firefighters dressed in survival suits and hitched to a rope strung across the river waded through fierce currents to get a rescue harness to the men and eventually were able to tow both to shore.
