The Jamaica Fire Brigade (JFB) received 99 Rosenbauer America HEROS Titan Pro firefighting helmets and related maintenance components. The $61,647 USD donation was made in response to a request for assistance made by National Safety LTD, Rosenbauer's authorized dealer in Jamaica, in the wake of Hurricane Melissa's devastation in late 2025.

When Hurricane Melissa hit Jamaica in late October 2025, it was a powerful storm that severely damaged villages and put a heavy burden on emergency response resources. In order to aid restore operational preparedness for firemen around the island, National Safety LTD organized outreach to industrial partners requesting equipment assistance in the weeks that followed.

Rosenbauer America has a long history of helping the Jamaica Fire Brigade; in 2021, their Wyoming, MN, site completed an order of thirty fire apparatus. The company's continued commitment to enhancing global fire service capabilities is highlighted by this connection, which is based on a common commitment to firefighter safety worldwide.

“On behalf of the Commissioner, we extend the Jamaica Fire Brigade’s sincere appreciation for this timely and impactful donation,” National Safety LTD shared in its correspondence. “These helmets will meaningfully support the men and women who continue to serve communities despite resource challenges. This contribution will enhance the Brigade’s firefighting and rescue capabilities, and the JFB is grateful to Rosenbauer America for its support.”

The donation of HEROS Titan Pro helmets guarantees that Jamaican frontline responders have access to dependable, superior head protection while they carry out daily emergency operations and recovery work.

“Supporting firefighters—wherever they serve—is fundamental to who we are,” said Joe Caughey, Director of Firefighting and Body Components for Rosenbauer America. “We are honored to contribute equipment that will help strengthen safety and readiness for the Jamaica Fire Brigade as their communities rebuild.”
