Woburn, MA – May 9, 2022 – Black Diamond Group, Inc. announces that Peter Burkhart and Steve Turner have joined the company as Regional Sales Managers of their Public Safety Division. Black Diamond Group, Inc. is a leading designer, developer, and wholesaler of premium-quality footwear under a portfolio of well-recognized brands including Carhartt Footwear, Black Diamond Fire boots, and BD Protective Tactical footwear.
Burkhart brings two decades of sales experience working directly with end-users in the public safety and clean energy sectors. Most recently, Burkhart worked with Clean Energy Fuels as a Business Development Manager, managing cross-functional operations. Prior to that, he managed the sales team at ATI Fire Products, Inc., collaborating with fire and local law enforcement agencies and public safety distributors.
Turner began his career with LaCrosse Footwear, Inc, manufacturers of Danner, and LaCrosse Footwear, and rose to the position of the Director of Government Sales. Turner moved to Benchmade Knife Company and most recently at Source Tactical, working with key industry partners and end-users.
