DE City Sued over Three Firefighter Deaths

A lawsuit has been filed against Wilmington by the families of three firefighters who died and others who were injured in a September 2016 fire.

The lawsuit claims that a policy designed to cut overtime costs by taking an engine out of service was responsible for the deaths and injuries.
